I was given the opportunity to create a series of wellness posts for Carbon's social media. As part of the marketing team's strategy on engaging audience outside of fellow motion designers and artist, to create animations that people at wide can find useful. These posts were made for the world's meditation day and wellness day.

Process

A lot of rigging

I use both joysticks n sliders and DUIK to rig, sometimes separately, sometimes in combination. Like what I did to move the body where I make use of the skeletons in DUIK, put down keyframes in the rotation and position property of the skeletons as well as the path in the torso and hips before assigning them to the joystick. This allow the character move her body left and right, inhale and exhale
